"An ordinance of the Lords and Commons ... for the calling of an assembly of learned and godly divines" has separate dated title page and separate register. "The humble advice of the Assembly of Divines, ... concerning a larger catechism" has separate undated title page with "printed by S. Griffin" in imprint; the title page is ¹Q4, while the text has separate register and the pagination of the text begins with page 154.

With errata on c4r, marginal notes, and index.

Quire ²H⁴ is in two settings: (1) the "H" of "H1" is under the "t" of "commandment", the space following it, and the "o" of "of" (the setting of the original issue) or (2) the "H" of "H1" is under the "men" of "commandment"

Text is continuous despite pagination.
