  • Information found: (Keeble, Sir Frederick William (1870-1952), botanist and scientific adviser, was born at 9 Rupert Street, Westminster, London, on 2 March 1870. In 1902 he was appointed lecturer in botany and director of the horticultural department at University College, Reading, where he became professor in 1907... .After his retirement he and Lady Keeble lived for a while at Fowey, Cornwall; but they returned eventually to London, where he died at his home, Flat 6, Cranley Mansion, 160 Gloucester Road, on 19 October 1952)
