Mark Starr (b. Apr. 27, 1894, Shoscombe, Somerset, England-d. Apr. 24, 1985, New York) was a British American labor historian. He was education director of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union from 193- to 1960, and also served with the U.S. Advisory Commission on Educational Exchange.
